I exhibit my artwork in competitions in the United States and abroad. In am the area head for the ceramics program at Florida State University, where I am an Associate Professor of Art.
In addition to creating ceramic sculptural work and teaching, I have been curating exhibitions. Most recently I have curated the show Contemporary Codex: Ceramics and the Book and The New Utilitarian: Examining our Place on the Motherboard of Ceramics. I am currently the Exhibitions Director of the National Council on Education of the Ceramic Arts, a national ceramic art organization.
